Four ways the institute works

These are standing capabilities and areas of focus. Where a programme has not yet published or convened publicly, this site says so rather than filling the space.

Research and Publications

Reports, policy briefs, analysis, and commentary on quantum technology as a problem of statecraft.

The institute's written output is directed at decision-makers who must act on quantum technology without specialist training. Work is scoped to the eight domains and written to be cited.

No public output recorded yet

Convening and Events

Workshops, track-two dialogues, closed-door briefings, and conferences.

Convening brings technical and policy communities into the same room, including under conditions where an unattributed conversation is the only useful one.

No public output recorded yet

Advisory and Consulting

Direct engagements with governments and organisations.

Advisory work applies the institute's analysis to a specific decision a specific body has to make, on its own timeline and under its own constraints.

No public output recorded yet

Education and Training

Courses, fellowships, curricula, and executive programmes.

Training builds durable capacity inside institutions, so that quantum literacy outlasts any single briefing or adviser.
