Dr. Akintayo Emmanuel is a global executive, international relations scholar, peacebuilding practitioner, and strategic leader with expertise in diplomacy, mediation, public policy, international development, artificial intelligence strategy, quantum strategy, and statecraft. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of GLISI.Global, a Washington, D.C.–based think-and-do tank advancing innovative solutions in peacebuilding, conflict mediation, leadership development, governance, and sustainable socioeconomic development.
As the visionary leader behind the Center for Quantum Strategy and Statecraft (CQSS), Dr. Emmanuel is committed to advancing strategic foresight, innovative diplomacy, and transformative statecraft for a complex and rapidly changing world. His work focuses on peace and security, geopolitics, migration, climate change, emerging technologies, conflict transformation, institutional renewal, and sustainable development.
He is also the Overseer of God's Remnant Assembly Global, Director of GRA Mission Squad Global, founder of the Africa Entrepreneur and Socioeconomic Development Association, and founder of the Family Development and Samaritan Foundation, a United Nations ECOSOC-accredited NGO. Through these platforms, he promotes humanitarian assistance, food security, family well-being, cross-cultural engagement, civic responsibility, and values-based leadership.
A trained geneticist with multidisciplinary experience in Global Studies, intercultural engagement, counterterrorism, leadership development, and strategic capacity building, Dr. Emmanuel has completed executive education and specialized training with leading institutions including Harvard University, Harvard Business School Online, the College of Europe, the European University Institute, the University of Oxford Refugee Studies Centre, SIPRI, T.M.C. Asser Institute, ICCT The Hague, UC Berkeley International House, University of Maryland, and the CITI Program.
