He serves as Chief Executive Officer of GLISI.Global, a Washington, D.C.–based think-and-do tank advancing innovative solutions in peacebuilding, conflict mediation, leadership development, governance, and sustainable socioeconomic development.
As the visionary leader behind the Center for Quantum Strategy and Statecraft (CQSS), Dr. Emmanuel is committed to advancing strategic foresight, innovative diplomacy, and transformative statecraft for a complex and rapidly changing world. His work focuses on peace and security, geopolitics, migration, climate change, emerging technologies, conflict transformation, institutional renewal, and sustainable development.
